Hello!
Thank you for visiting the Jefferson Elementary School website. It is an honor to serve as principal and to work with the students, staff, and parents of the Jefferson Patriots community.
After graduating from Illinois State University, I began my career as a first grade teacher at Jefferson School. After teaching health education lessons in several local schools, I returned to Morton to teach first grade at Lettie Brown. I completed a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction at Illinois State University and went on to receive my administrative certificate from Bradley University.
My husband and I along with our four children, love to spend time together on our country "farm." We swim, play sports, read, play games, and more! We have kittens, and chickens. We stay very busy with school, sports, and church activities. I enjoy running and singing. I am always on the lookout for a great book to read.
It is a privilege to be the leader at Jefferson School, where it is always a great day to be a Patriot!
