Library

Mrs.Melissa Clementz, librarian

All classes, kindergarten through sixth grade, visit the library each week for a 25-minute class period. Students hear stories, complete library lessons and activities, and have fun while visiting the library. They check out two books during their class time.

Music

Mrs. Heather Berger, music teacher

All students at Jefferson Elementary come to our room to explore, perform, and enjoy the world of music. Students learn basic music theory, demonstrate their knowledge by playing many kinds of instruments, and perform their talents through a concert format. We strive to have all of our students feel successful in developing not only musical skills but also a lifelong appreciation of music.

Computer Lab

Mrs. Terri Keys, technology aide

The Jefferson computer lab is home to 29 student computers, a scanner, a projector and two printers.  We also have eight digital cameras, two Flip Video Cameras and an old-fashioned real video camera for teachers to check out and use in in their classroom.
